A little bit about who we are at The Anchored Home 🤍

Hi 👋🏼 I am Nicole, a 27-year-old mom to a 11 month old baby, qualified foundation phase teacher with a background in psychology, and former owner of Aldeia NeuroBehaviour Institute in Durbanville.

After becoming a mom, my heart shifted. I sold my business and stepped fully into what I love most: supporting families in creating calm, connected homes where both children and parents can thrive.

The Anchored Home was born from my own experiences navigating motherhood, homeschooling, and wanting something deeper than just “more tips.” I combine my training in neurodevelopment, education, and real-life parenting to help overwhelmed families build practical, gentle systems that actually work.

We offer two beautiful sides:
• Family Systems Consulting — routines, behaviour support, homeschool setups, and home environment resets
• Anchored Memories — turning your children’s precious artwork into timeless heirloom canvases
