We’ve been busy!!🌸
Come and see what we do at Scovil Village Preschool. Our curriculum is designed specially to focus on a love for learning through play and discovery, while covering all the important aspects of Numeracy, Literacy, Gross Motor and Fine Motor co-ordination as well as good social skills.

Christmas farewell picnic today, with lots of fun on the jumping castle, and Santa even dropped off some gifts for the children.
A sad farewell to all my gorgeous Scovil families and staff. You are all amazing !! It’s been an incredible journey and although it’s the end of a chapter here in Joburg, I can’t wait to start up Scovil in KZN again. Taking it home. Hope I can do my Gran and mom proud 😘❤️🧡💛💚💙

We had an old fashioned tea party with all of our little pupils last Friday to celebrate Spring! Such fun! Thank you to all our parents for getting into the spirit of the season and making such lovely Spring hats!

We liked this idea, so we've made up some files similar to this targeting certain actives appropriate for each age group, from our 2-3 year olds, and up to our 5 year olds in preparation for Grade 0.

Yummy Baker Man treats ! Each child receives a turn to be the Baker Man / Baker Lady once a week. This is an opportunity to bake something at home and spend quality time with Mom, Dad, Gran etc and make a small treat for the class. Our Baker Man or Lady gets to wear the Bakers hat and apron and "sell" his / her treats. This also teaches the concept of buying and selling in a fun activity.

Scovil's Christmas concert and craft market on the 12th of November was a great success! Thank you to all my staff for working so hard. My little pupils are such superstars!! Thank you to all the parents for their wonderful support.
