We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 to join our Workshop team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our fleet operations run efficiently and are fully supported from an administrative perspective.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Capture and process job cards accurately for all internal workshop activities.
• Manage and coordinate workshop bookings, ensuring vehicles are scheduled and prioritised according to operational needs.
• Invoice subcontractors for external services.
• Liaise daily with mechanics and fleet controllers to track job progress and update ETCs (Estimated Time of Completion)
• Prepare and maintain documentation for RTMS audits and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards
• Manage fleet maintenance tracking sheet for all scheduled services, repairs, and breakdowns
• Manage detailed maintenance history files for all vehicles, including scanned job cards, invoices, and service records

𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• 2 years’ previous working experience as an Administrator in a Workshop/ Technical environment
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Teams.
• Experience with or understanding of Datatim (advantageous)
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with mechanics and internal teams
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Must have completed matric (Grade 12)

The National Dialogue is recruiting a Social Media Coordinator on a 12-month contract, offering an all-inclusive package of R350,000 per annum.

The role involves managing the National Dialogue’s social media platforms, developing written, graphic, photographic and video content, coordinating digital campaigns and live event coverage, engaging online communities, monitoring performance and supporting broader communications activities.

Applicants must have a relevant bachelor’s degree or national diploma and at least three years’ experience in social media management, digital communications or content creation.
