Dear Facebook friends,
πŸ€” Has being a good person become a disadvantage in today's world?
I recently watched a video that really got me thinking, and I would love to hear your honest opinions.
The message suggests that if you are too honest, it is not good; if you are too helpful, people may take advantage of you; and if you are always available, people may stop valuing you.
It got me wondering: Have we reached a point where being kind, honest and caring is seen as a weakness rather than a strength?
I have always believed that we should give our best, be honest, help others where we can, and treat people the way we would like to be treated. ❀️
Of course, I understand that we need boundaries and that not everyone will appreciate our efforts. We should also learn to say no when necessary and not allow others to take advantage of our kindness.
But does that mean we should change who we are because some people don't appreciate our values?
What will happen to our world if we all become careless, selfish and unwilling to help one another?
I believe we need more honesty, kindness, compassion and people who genuinely care. The answer is not to stop being good to others, but to learn to give from the heart while maintaining healthy boundaries.
🌍 So, what do you think? Should we change our good values because of how others treat us, or should we continue doing what is right, even when it is not always appreciated?

My personal testimony: 1 October 1996 – October 2026

On 1 October 1996, I was a struggling nurse, tired of working long hours and wondering whether I would receive a bonus at the end of the year.
I decided to take a chance on an additional income opportunity.
That decision began a journey that changed my life!
19 years and 5 months with Balltron, followed by a new chapter with DuePoint in 2016.
When Balltron was sold, our journey continued with DuePoint, where we embraced a new way of building an additional income stream.
No selling products, no deliveries and no collecting money. Instead, we share information and connect people to a South African wealth-creation platform.

Through hard work, time, consistency and commitment, this journey has brought me some wonderful milestones in Balltron:

πŸš— Received many incentive local Game lodge break aways.

✈️ Experienced memorable local and international travel incentives.

πŸ›³1999 February we went as a group of 50 Balltronites on the Symphony Cruize Ship from Durban to the Portuguese Islands in Mozambique.

🌍 1999 October: Portugal, including three nights in the Algarve. This was an amazing trip! My first overseas trip.

🏝️ 2002: Mauritius – the Grand Baie.

⛷️ 2005: Turkey – a ski trip to Uludağ and a visit to various old ruines of towns and Istanbul.
Then Greece visiting the Olympiac stadium and Hierapolis.

🏞🚁 2006: Zambia staying next to the waterfalls in Souther Sun hotel. Did many adventures like helicopter ride, microlite trip over Vic falls, bunny jumping and abseiling.

🌴 2010: Mozambique, Inhambane and Pansy Island.

✈️ 2011: Israel and Turkey – a two week biblical cities tour with my daughter and a church group. (This trip was self-funded from the money I earned.)

Then the travel started with DuePoint. I will post those pictures on Friday.
