Our furniture making programme has officially kicked off, and it is especially exciting that the furniture being produced is for Thusanang House itself! 🙌
Students are gaining real hands-on experience while directly shaping and furnishing a space they will see and use every day. 🎯✨

🤝 Strengthening Industry Links through ECA Membership ⚡🏗️ Electrical Contractors' Association - SA
Through our continued partnership and membership with the Electrical Contractors Association (ECA), our motivated Assistant Campus Managers and Electrical Facilitators recently attended an ECA membership meeting. 💡
This valuable engagement strengthens our connection with private industry and supports the development of new occupational programmes aligned to sector needs. 🔌📚

🌿Advancing Community Empowerment Through Skills and Entrepreneurship Development🌿

In partnership with Motheo TVET College and Kreishandwerkerschaft Steinfurt Warendorf, last week a selected group of 10 community members from Thaba Nchu, led by the local councillor, participated in our reusable sanitary pads skills training at Motheo TVET College - Thaba Nchu Campus.

The training was facilitated by Onkarabetse Mokhobo, our N6 student and trainer, who led the group with dedication and excellence. 👏

Building on this, the project continues with a 2-day entrepreneurship training, aimed at equipping participants to turn their newly acquired skills into sustainable income-generating opportunities and small business initiatives.

This is true community-driven empowerment — creating skills, opportunity, and long-term impact. 💚

Last night CUT FM 105.8 hosted us to discuss an important and very current topic: women looking for alternative menstrual products. 🎙️

Our reusable 100% cotton menstruation pads, produced by students of Motheo TVET College offer a healthy, sustainable option.

A special thank you Onkarabetse Mokhobo, who did a great job informing listeners about the pads and the work behind them.
