As the June examination period begins, many of our students are carrying more than academic pressure alone.

Exams can bring stress, uncertainty, fatigue, and quiet moments of self-doubt. Please remember – you do not have to navigate this season alone.

Your well-being matters just as much as your academic progress. Reach out for support when needed, take care of yourself, and lean on the people and support systems around you.

At the University of the Free State, we deeply believe in your potential not only to succeed academically, but also to help shape a more thoughtful, ethical, and compassionate society.

To every Kovsie preparing for exams: we see your effort, and we are walking this journey with you.
