What a wonderful two weeks of completing another Stimulation Program with grade R learners.

They explored big body movements, visual perception activities, made emotional connections with new friends, found confidence in expression, practiced fine motor skills - and most of all they enjoyed every session! The words that sums it all up: fullness of joy.

Grade R stimulation programs are done on request. Once a small group shows interest, the times and days will be confirmed with the parents.

Occupational Therapy Practice

Due to a special request we have a Grade R School Readiness Program running the next 2 weeks of the holiday period.

There are 2 spaces available in the group, starting next week: 14:00-15:00 selected days, 60min sessions (5 sessions in total) over the course of the 2 weeks.

Stimulation Training: Babies & Toddlers

One of the most beautiful parts of stimulation training is when it grows into follow-up sessions a few months later.

These follow-ups not only allow us to celebrate progress, but also serve as a valuable form of early intervention, where areas of development that may be a little more challenging for a baba can be identified and supported early on.

Each stimulation training follows a unique process. For this family intake the purpose and pursuit is this:

A settled contentment in their hearts and home, whilst pursuing order and intentional set-ups in the environment for the little one to be stimulated. Not achieving or striving for perfection but to be content and meet his needs and desires.

It's not about making a mere list of things to do, it is knowing who you are is more than enough and you have everything you need already.

Enrolment is now open for our Grade R School Readiness Program!

This 5-week Occupational Therapy program is designed to support children in developing the foundational skills needed for a successful transition to Grade R. Through structured, engaging activities, children will build important skills in fine motor development, gross motor development, visual perception, attention, and sensory processing.

The program runs over 5 weeks, with one session per week. The groups are kept small to allow for individualised support and guidance.

After the program an observation letter will be provided.The letter will provide informal assessment observations and recommendations.

The cost is R599 for the full programme. Bookings close on 13 July 2026.
