This whole series has been about one thing: real change that actually sticks.
Because when you stop pushing and start rewiring the patterns underneath, everything shifts; confidence, energy, ease, and clarity.
If something in this series resonated with you, maybe that’s your cue.

CareerCraft
CareerCraft helps people and organisations move beyond “just coping” at work and in life. I work with people at every stage of their working life.
We offer career coaching, counselling, and workplace consulting that focuses on confidence, resilience, and professional growth. I’m an Industrial Psychologist, Career Coach, and Brainworking Recursive Therapy (BWRT) specialist, but really what I do is help people get unstuck, in their careers, their choices, and the way they see themselves. That might be a high schooler figuring out what to study
Real change doesn’t always look dramatic, sometimes it’s just the quiet confidence that replaces your old stress responses.
This is the kind of change where you can start to feel lighter, clearer, more like yourself again.
We think success comes from pushing harder, working longer, and doing more.
But what if the real shift happens when you change the habits running quietly in the background? 🚦The ones that keep you checking emails obsessively, avoiding tough conversations, or overthinking decisions long after the meeting ends.
This is where the real breakthrough lives. ✨
➡️ Follow along for the next part in the series and see what this means practically
Stress, people-pleasing, old habits, your brain thinks it’s protecting you.
But in actual fact, it's getting in the way of the life you really want!
Ready yet, for more than just "fine"?
Being a grown-up is hard. Work is hard. Change sucks!
We know things can’t stay the same, but we’re not sure exactly how to change them.
So, we settle for fine, for good enough.
BUT what if our discomfort was the clue to our joy?
Here’s the thing: nothing really changes when we keep perpetuating the same.
Maybe it’s time to stop settling for fine. Don’t you think?"

So very grateful for the opportunities that have come my way this year. A big thank you to all my clients. Being in a role where I can support people is my highest joy. I have a sneaky feeling 2022 was about getting rid of all the things standing in our way so in 2023 we can be courageous in stepping towards a life we love. Happiest holidays, see you in January.

So enjoying this new technique, it is unlike the tools I have applied in the past. It has the potential to shift those unwanted habits or patterns.
Curious....? Schedule an introductory session to give it a try.

Our Story
CareerCraft is a high innovation career coaching consultancy that offers tailored solutions to meet a diverse range of career challenges.
I engage with frustrated, uninspired or unfulfilled working individuals to connect authentically to their own needs, so that they can make more aligned career choices and find more purpose and connection in the work that they do. I do this through thoughtfully crafted workshop experiences as well as one on one coaching.
I further partner with organisations who want to empower and equip their staff in a VUCA world by offering programmes and coaching for career development.
In my enjoyment of all things career, I also support confused and overwhelmed students by informing them how to go about making career decisions and navigating the world of work.
