5:30am. ☀️
Every. Single. Morning.
Rain. Wind. Cold. Doesn't matter.
I show up.
On the beach. 🏖️
On the bikes. 🚵♀️
Weights at sunrise. 🌅
Not because it's always easy.
Not because I always feel like it.
But because I know what consistency does over time.
And somewhere along the way I realised —
Showing up online works exactly the same way.
You don't need the perfect post.
You don't need the perfect photo.
You don't need to feel inspired.
You just need to show up.
Because here's what I've learned from both early mornings AND 3 years of running social media workshops:
The people who win aren't the most talented.
They're the most consistent.
The sales person who posts something real every week — even when it's not perfect — will always outperform the one who's been drafting the perfect post since January.
Every morning these incredible humans remind me of that. ❤️
Show up. Even when you don't feel like it.
Stand out. By simply being consistent.
Shine. Because consistency always pays off. 🌟
Are you showing up consistently online?
Drop a 🌅 if you're a fellow early morning person — I want to know I'm not alone! 😂

Unpopular opinion. 👇
The perfect post doesn't exist.
I've sat in rooms with hundreds of brilliant sales people over the past 3 years.
Every single one of them had something worth saying.
Every single one of them had a warm network full of people ready to hear it.
And almost every single one of them...
Didn't post. 🫠
Not because they had nothing to say.
But because it wasn't perfect yet.
The caption needed tweaking.
The photo wasn't quite right.
They'd do it tomorrow.
Tomorrow became next week.
Next week became never.
Meanwhile their competitor — who posts imperfect content every Tuesday — just closed another deal from their network.
Here's what 3 years of watching this has taught me:
Done beats perfect. Every. Single. Time.
Your warm network doesn't need a polished production.
They need to see YOU. Consistently.
They need to know what you do.
They need to know you're still doing it.
They need to feel like they know you — so when the time comes, you're the first person they call.
So here's your challenge for today 👇
Post something. Anything.
A lesson from a client meeting.
A stat that surprised you this week.
An honest moment from your day.
Don't overthink it.
Don't wait for perfect.
Just show up.
Because the sales person who shows up imperfectly every week will always outperform the one waiting to be perfect. 🌟
What's stopping you from posting today?
Drop it in the comments — I'll help you fix it. 😏

I have a confession. For the past 3 years, I have been running social media workshops. And every single time, the same thing happens.
I look around the room and ask: "Who here feels confident showing up online?" Silence.
These are brilliant people—salespeople who close deals, build relationships, and know their product inside out. But online? They freeze.
When I dig a little deeper, it's always the same three things:
- They don't know what to post. They pause, overthink, and wait for perfect. (Spoiler: perfect never comes.)
- They don't know how to use the platform. LinkedIn and Instagram are not the same game. Nobody ever showed them the rules.
- They don't know how to show up so their warm network actually knows what they do. Their best friend, neighbor, or old colleague—people who would refer them in a heartbeat—have absolutely no idea what they sell.
And here's the kicker: nobody ever taught them. Not once. They were just handed a phone, given a LinkedIn login, and told: "You should really be posting more." That's not a strategy; that's a wish.
Here's what I know after 3 years of watching this: your sales team's warm network is already full of people ready to buy or refer them.
Did you know?
- 65% of new business comes from referrals.
- 92% of people trust a recommendation over any ad.
- They are 4x more likely to buy from someone they know.
The goldmine is right there. They just don't know how to mine it. And that's not their fault; they were never taught how.
That's the gap I have been passionately working to close. One plan. One shine at a time.
Does your sales team know how to show up online so their warm network knows exactly what they do? Drop a 🌟 if this resonates—I would love to know I'm not alone in seeing this.

Marketing on social media doesn't have to be hard.
I've built a simple 3-part framework that shows you exactly what to post, who to talk to, and how to turn followers into clients.
I'm teaching it live for just R97.
One hour. Real strategy. Real results.
