Sparrows Private School Brings Hope to Tiny Whiskers Kitten Rescue

On Saturday, Sparrows Private School proudly delivered cat food donated by its learners and parents to Tiny Whiskers Kitten Rescue. The generous donation came at exactly the right time, as the rescue was down to its last bag of cat food.

The owner of Tiny Whiskers was overwhelmed with gratitude and emotion when the donation arrived. She shared that the rescue was facing a critical shortage of food for the kittens in their care, making the school's contribution a true blessing.

This act of kindness reflects the caring spirit of the Sparrows community. Through the generosity of learners, parents, and staff, the school was able to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable kittens.

Our learners created stunning 3D Mandala Art pieces filled with colour, detail, and imagination. 🎨🖍️ This activity allowed them to express their creativity while developing focus, patience, and artistic skill. We are incredibly proud of their beautiful work! 💚 ✨🎨

Our learners explored the world of Body Adornment Design through creativity, culture, and self-expression! From unique patterns to bold artistic ideas, their designs showcased imagination, attention to detail, and individuality. We are so proud of the effort and creativity displayed in each masterpiece! 💚

Our talented Grade 4 learners had so much fun building 3D shape models using toothpicks and jelly tots! 🍬🔺🟦 This hands-on activity helped bring Mathematics to life while encouraging teamwork, problem-solving, and creativity. We are so proud of their fantastic efforts! 💚

Our Grade 2 learners had an absolutely wonderful time celebrating Sweetie Pie Day. From giggles to yummy treats, it was a day filled with joy, friendship, and lots of happy memories. 💚✨

🔬🧪 Our Grade 7 scientists have been hard at work exploring the fascinating world of chromatography!

Learners conducted experiments to separate colours and discover how different pigments travel at different speeds. It was wonderful to see their curiosity, teamwork, and scientific thinking in action as they made predictions, observed results, and drew conclusions from their investigations. 🌈📚
