The Children’s Bureau Learning & Coordination Center (CBLCC, formerly CANTASD) provides logistics and strategic communication services to support peer learning, meetings and events, and multimedia resource development on issues relevant to the full spectrum of child welfare. The CBLCC also supports several constituency groups, including the Federal Interagency Work Group on Child Abuse and Neglect
