Our little explorers had an exciting time testing out train cars on a ramp! 🛤️

They experimented with different ramp textures, using corrugated cardboard and bubble wrap, to find out whether the texture would affect how fast their train cars could travel. 🚆💨

The children watched closely as they released the trains from the top of the ramp and observed which ones moved faster, slower, or stopped along the way. They had fun making predictions, testing their ideas, and comparing the results! 🔍💭

Through this hands-on experiment, the children were introduced to early science and STEM concepts such as speed, cause and effect, and observation all while having fun with trains! 🌟

The teacher called out “GO!” “SLOW!” or “STOP!”, and the children quickly picked the corresponding green, yellow, or red ball or Lego from the basket. They then raced to the other end to match their chosen color with the cones and hoops waiting for them! 🟢🟡🔴
This playful activity encouraged the children to develop their color recognition, listening skills, gross motor coordination, speed, and ability to follow simple instructions. Most importantly, they had so much fun moving, racing, and learning together! 💨😄

🔴 Red – STOP!
What a fun way to learn about road safety and transportation through active play! 🚗🚌🚕✨

Our little artists had a fun-filled day exploring trains and creativity! 🚆✨

For our Pre-K children, they designed their very own trains using different paper shape cut-outs. They put together circles, squares, rectangles, and other shapes to create colorful trains while developing their creativity, shape recognition, and fine motor skills. 🟦🔴🟨✂️

Meanwhile, our Nursery children got creative with train track painting! 🎨🖌️ They explored lines, patterns, and colors as they made their own tracks, enjoying the process of painting and discovering how their marks could create something meaningful.
It was wonderful to see their little hands at work and their imaginations chugging along! 🚂💨💕
