✨“She Inspires” Mentorship Programme 2026✨

The “She Inspires” Mentorship Programme (the Programme), launched by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau (HYAB) and the Women’s Commission (WoC), aims to help local female university students build the necessary skills, confidence, and network for them to thrive in their future career.

Through one-on-one mentorship, training, and group activities, mentees will:
• Gain guidance from your women leader mentor, empowering you to chart a clear path for your career and personal planning👩‍💼
• Enhance the essential skills for your future career 💡
• Expand your network 🤝

Eligibility
a) Female students enrolled in full-time bachelor’s degree programmes at a local university throughout the Programme period (July 2026 to July 2027);
b) Permanent residents of Hong Kong or Hong Kong identity cardholders who are currently registered as full-time students in Hong Kong; and
c) Aspire to pursue a career in Hong Kong

Explore public service in aviation: Join the Government Flying Service Aviation Inspiration (GAINS) Programme 🛫

A delegation of 30+ CUHK students led by Ms. Elaine Tam, Director, Office of Student Affairs, joined the Government Flying Service yesterday for the inauguration of the Government Flying Service Aviation Inspiration International Academy (GAIIA).

Aiming to enhance awareness of Hong Kong air emergency services and promote career opportunities in the field, GAIIA offers university students professional aviation training from certification programme, job shadowing, mentorship to practical familiarisation course.
