【GIP26】內地職涯探索系列：北京與西安實習體驗｜收穫篇✨

精彩的實習旅程已圓滿落幕！🎉同學們先前深耕醫療、文化及創新領域，透過沉浸式體驗實踐所學，建立更明確的職涯發展規劃。

【北京】首都醫科大學宣武醫院交流體驗🏥 ——實習生深入不同醫療專科及臨床部門，近距離了解醫院運作及醫療服務流程。透過跟診及觀摩，親身領略到前線醫護的專業精神與使命感，為日後的職涯發展奠定基礎。

【西安】文化及商業實習體驗🏛️ ——有賴民青局青年內地實習資助計劃的資助，以及陝西省文物局和香港特別行政區政府駐陝西聯絡處的鼎力支持，同學們投身國家級博物館、文化創新企業及商會，參與展覽籌備、公眾教育活動及粵語語音導航錄製等工作，在傳統與創新的交匯中，細味中華文化的深厚底蘊與獨特魅力。

✨航天知識講座及《窗外是藍星》電影欣賞及交流會圓滿舉行🌌

為積極配合香港政府推動航天科技發展建設🚀，並全力推進 教育及培育科技人才的方針，香港中文大學學生事務處與香港中文大學校友評議會攜手合作，經 CMG中央廣播電視總台影視劇紀錄片中心的鼎力支持，以及工聯文化藝術促進會電影組的協助，於 2026 年 7 月 9 日在中大校園隆重舉辦「航天知識講座及《窗外是藍星》電影欣賞及交流會」，成功吸引逾 300 名來自近 30 間粵港澳大灣區及本地中小學與教育機構的老師、學生及家長親臨出席，現場氣氛熱烈。🔥

活動榮幸邀得香港中文大學大學輔導長及協理副校長高永雄教授擔任嘉賓，並聯同校友評議會常務委員會會議主席郭碧蓮博士、校友事務處處長許寶寶女士及香港航天學會會長雷健泉先生，向支持活動的合作夥伴及參與學校代表頒發紀念品及感謝狀，以感謝各個單位支持及參與。

🎬參加者一同欣賞中國首部太空實景拍攝電影 #《窗外是藍星》，透過真實影像近距離感受國家航天工程的非凡成就🏆及航天員勇於探索的精神。是次活動亦特別邀請到香港航天學會雷會長親臨分享，生動講解航天員接受嚴格訓練的真實情況，激發了現場學生的探索熱情與互動發問，場面氣氛熾熱。

📡目前，中大提供多項與航天科學相關的課程，對航天產業感興趣的同學提供全面視野。為此，活動特別邀請了相關專業的專家學者親臨現場，為出席者介紹中大目前提供的航天信息科學學科、頂尖科研成就及太空遙感技術的實際應用，充分展現了中大重視「產、學、研」的結合。參與分享的講者包括：中大太空與地球信息科學研究所武哲戎教授、中大地球與環境科學系譚志勇教授及嚴丞翊博士。🔭

是次活動不僅加深學生對國家 #航天發展 及 #太空科學 的認識，激發同學們對創新科技的興趣💡，更促進粵港澳大灣區與本地教育界的交流合作，為培育具備全球視野及創新精神的新一代注入動力。🌍是次活動由香港中文大學學生事務處、太空與地球信息科學研究所、航天科學與地球信息學及X雙主修課程、地理與資源管理學系等跨部門合作，並榮幸獲CMG中央廣播電視總台影視劇紀錄片中心、中大中醫學院及香港航天學會鼎力支持。每間出席活動之學校及學生，均獲中外企業促進聯會(ASEP)贊助送出火箭模型供航天教育之用。

【GIP26】上海企業實習體驗｜啟航篇🚀

在上海市香港商會及上海交通大學高級金融學院的支持下，上海實習團順利開啓為期七周的實習之旅，從校園走進上海職場，正式踏上充滿挑戰與成長的探索旅程。💼

交大高金🏫代表熱情款待，與同學們深入交流，分享上海的人才發展及職涯機遇，並帶大家走訪了交大校園，讓大家感受到頂尖學府的創新活力，亦加深同學對內地高等教育及人才培育的認識。

實習生亦參與由商會舉辦的啟動儀式與參訪活動，與企業代表交流互動🤝、拓展人脈網絡、了解上海規劃及發展，為實習生活揭開精彩序幕。同學們將走進金融、商業管理、地產、法律、科技及專業服務等不同領域，在真實職場中實踐所學、提升專業技能、認識內地企業文化，親身感受上海作為國際金融中心的蓬勃發展與無限機遇。

The Shanghai Internship Programme has officially begun! Supported by the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai and Shanghai Jiao Tong University SAIF, our interns are stepping beyond the classroom and into the workplace. From engaging with employers to immersing themselves in real workplace environments, students are gaining new perspectives on career development and opportunities in Shanghai. Over the coming weeks, they will develop practical skills, deepen their understanding of business culture in Chinese Mainland, and broaden their professional horizons. We look forward to seeing them embrace challenges and write their own career stories in Shanghai. ✨

在專業導師的悉心指導下，同學們親身參與了項目策劃、展覽營運及商業運作，將課堂所學知識延伸至真實的工作場景！面對日常挑戰與團隊協作，他們展現出了靈活的應變能力與專業態度。✨

深入文博與商業機構的多元崗位，同學們體驗了文物講解、藏品管理及保育規劃等常規工作内容之外，還接觸到新媒體創作、無人機駕駛、商務合作拓展等專業項目。在累積實務工作經驗、提升專業技能的同時，也對文化機構的發展有了全新啓發。
