📢 Littlefield Unified School District – Governing Board Election Notice (2026) 🗳️

Littlefield Unified School District will have 4 Governing Board seats open in the upcoming 2026 election. If you are interested in serving your community and supporting our schools, now is the time to get involved!

📋 How to Get Started:

Election materials may be picked up beginning January 12, 2026, at the Mohave County Educational Service Center
📍 Mohave County Administration Building
700 W. Beale Street, 3rd Floor, Kingman, AZ
📞 928-753-0747 (you may also request a packet by mail)

⚠️ Important Requirements:

You must file a Candidate Statement of Interest BEFORE collecting any signatures (per Arizona law).

File this form with the County School Superintendent’s Office.

If you plan to raise or spend $1,500 or more, you must file a Statement of Organization and comply with campaign finance laws (visit www.azsos.gov for details).

Collect the required number of registered voter signatures within your district (numbers vary by district and will be available after February 1, 2026).

🚫 Reminder: Signatures may NOT be collected on school district property, including district offices or school campuses.

📅 Key Deadlines:

Petition Filing Opens: June 8, 2026

Petition Filing Deadline: July 6, 2026 (by 5:00 PM)

Completed petitions must be returned to the Mohave County Educational Service Center, where you will also complete your Nomination Paper.

Serving on the Governing Board is a meaningful way to make a difference in the future of our students and community. We encourage those interested to learn more and consider running!
