On the occasion of Father’s Day, the students of Jyotirmoy Public School, Park Circus expressed their love, gratitude, and admiration through heartfelt artwork and creative messages dedicated to their fathers.

From being our first teacher to our lifelong supporter, fathers inspire us with their strength, wisdom, and unconditional love. Today, we celebrate every father who shapes dreams, nurtures values, and stands beside us through every step of life.

Today, on 2nd of May, like every year, we celebrated the birth anniversary of Late Shri Jyotirmoy Ganguli, as the Founder's Day of Jyotirmoy Education & Welfare Foundation, established by his very worthy son, Dr. Partha Sarathi Ganguli.

The day marks a tribute to his belief , that every child deserves the right to equal educational opportunities. His values continue to live on through all our endeavours, across all the units under Jyotirmoy Education and Welfare Foundation.

The programme commenced in the auspicious presence of our esteemed well wishers and dignitaries - Mr Subir Kumar Ganguly, Mrs Samita Chakraborty , Dr Partha Sarathi Ganguli Sir and all other unit heads and staff members.

Paying tribute to the portrait of Late Mr Jyotirmoy Ganguli and Late Smt Mira Ganguly, was followed by special prayer songs rendered by the students of Jyotirmoy Public School, Sonarpur .

Marking the occasion, we had JYOTIRMANAN - an engaging elocution presentation on the thought-provoking topic: “Should Artificial Intelligence be Trusted in Critical Decision Making?” — reflecting awareness, confidence, and the spirit of inquiry and nurturing diversified thinking which he envisioned.

The special attraction of the programme was a letter written by Dr Partha Sarathi Ganguli Sir, to his late father, which he read out , reaffirming the values that were instilled into him in his childhood days and having the reassurance of the omnipotent presence of his father's great soul, guiding him in creating equal educational opportunities for all.

With deep respect and gratitude, the programme concluded with the commitment to carry this legacy forward.
