Founded early in 2024, Choropatimata, is a Community Group. We are a group of people who share a passion for Greek traditional dances and culture.
Through rhythm, movement, and friendship, we keep the spirit of Greece alive—one dance step at a time.

What an incredible experience the European Cultural Heritage Festival has been! Getting together to celebrate so many different cultures through dance and music is very special. Thank you to everyone involved in organising it.
A big CONGRATULATIONS and thank you to our Choropatimata dancers for their enthusiasm and dedication.
Special thank you to our dance instructor, Nikos, for his guidance and to our organising committee for their efforts in making this happen.
It was lovely spending the day with our friends from . Thank you for your generocity, positive vibe and smiles. We hope to meet again soon.

Ζήσαμε μια μοναδική εμπειρία εχτές στο European Cultural Heritage Festival! Τόσες χώρες ενώθηκαν μέσω του χορού και της μουσικής.
Ένα τεράστιο ΜΠΡΑΒΟ στους χορευτές των Χοροπατημάτων για τον ενθουσιασμό τους και την προσήλωσή τους.
Ευχαριστούμε ιδιαιτέρως τον δάσκαλό μας, τον Νίκο, για την καθοδήγηση του, καθώς και την ομάδα της οργανωτικής επιτροπής για ολη την διοργάνωση.
Τέλος, η μέρα αυτή έγινε ακόμη καλύτερα γιατί μοιραστήκαμε την μέρα αυτή με την ομάδα Σεβάστεια. Σας ευχαριστούμε για όλη την θετική σας ενέργεια και τα χαμόγελα!

Marousa is a traditional song/dance from the island of Kea (Tzia). This is a first try from our members trying this unique uplifting dance. We are so proud of them!
