We have fully funded opportunities for young people in Liverpool aged 19-24 to study with us to become a gym instructor. 📊🏋🏽
We will also give you work experience in a gym and so you can practice what you have learned during your course. 🧠💪🏼
At the end of the course you will be fully qualified and ready for employment as a gym instructor ✅
Once certificated you will be able start your L3 Diploma in Personal Training. 💯

Preston I started with your course in July and completed in December.
I just wanted to check
In and let you know since completion I have secured a role in a independent gym and starting out my new career as a pt absolutely loving it.
I wanted you to know I couldn’t of done this without your support and also my tutor Ryan’s who was always on hand to help me

Even though I had to travel from Preston I found the journey worthwhile every time.

TRUST THE PROCESS 💯
Todays society is driving us to want everything NOW.
We are always focused on the END RESULT and are often not giving the journey the respect and attention it deserves.
When we focus on the destination rather than the end result we are much more likely to cut corners and are never going to going to be the best we can be.
To master something we have to do it over and over again, each time reflecting on what we have done well and what we can do better.
Results don’t happen over night, it doesn’t matter if our goal is to build muscle, expand our knowledge or increase our strength.
View your life as a journey and not a destination, give it your all AND TRUST IN THE PROCESS 💯
