๐ Today is a day of dual celebrations for me โ itโs my birthday and the anniversary of completing one year of my MEng in Environmental Engineering at Donghua University, China! ๐
The past year has been a profound journey of adaptation and growth. From navigating challenging courses to mastering the Chinese language amidst intense lab work, itโs been an experience like no other. Weekly literature presentations, experiment progress reports, and the demands of cutting-edge research have pushed me to new limits.
But through it all, Iโve had incredible support. Iโm deeply grateful to God for the strength and resilience to keep going, to my professor for his invaluable guidance, to my best friend Ronald for always being there, and to my lab mates and family for their unwavering encouragement. This journey hasnโt been easy, but with a solid support system, Iโve thrived.
As I look forward to the next phase of my studies and research, Iโm excited to continue learning, growing, and making a positive impact on our environment. Hereโs to another year of hard work, discovery, and progress! ๐ฑ
