The duʿā:

اَللّٰهُمَّ رَحْمَتَكَ أَرْجُوْ فَلَا تَكِلْنِيْ إِلٰى نَفْسِيْ طَرْفَةَ عَيْنٍ ، وَأَصْلِحْ لِي شَأْنِيْ كُلَّهُ لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ

Transliteration:
Allahumma rahmataka arjū, falā takilnī ilā nafsī ṭarfata ʿayn, wa aṣliḥ lī sha’nī kullah, lā ilāha illā Anta.

Meaning:
O Allah, I hope for Your mercy. Do not leave me to myself even for the blink of an eye. Correct all of my affairs. There is no deity worthy of worship except You.

This is not a casual supplication. It is an admission of total dependence. If you think you can manage your life by your own intelligence, discipline, or planning alone — you’re already exposed. The duʿā crushes arrogance at its root.
