Note: Your personal details will not be disclosed to any third-party and will be destroyed after 23rd December 2014. Participant should show his/her Christmas Ball ticket and student identity card at the reception at the school main entrance. If a student fails to show either of the required documents, the organizers of Carousel - St. Paul’s College Annual Christmas ball Committee 2014 and STEP. - St. Paul’s College Students’ Association (hereinafter referred to as "Carousel") will have the right to deny his/her entry to the Christmas Ball.
2. All areas in the campus other than the Hall are strictly out of bounds for all participants.
3. St. Paul's College Alumni will not be given entry to the Christmas Ball.
4. Personal belongings will be locked away in the conference room upon request. Every guest will be given a number tag for easy identification of items. Nobody is allowed access to the conference room except for the committee members of the Christmas Ball.
5. Participants are reminded that they are responsible for all their valuables. Paul's College and Carousel will not be held responsible for any losses of properties during the event.
6. Smoking and alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited within the school campus. Anyone found to have consumed or in possession of liquor, tobacco or illicit substances will be denied entry into the Christmas Ball.
7. The ticket itself is non-refundable and non-transferable.
