Yesterday, Clube Intercultural Europeu held the Valits 2.0 workshop in Portugal with 10 consultants for employability. The feedback was very interesting and the conclusion was unanimous: Valits 2.0 developed very promising tools! Thank you so much to our participants!

The third Intellectual Output of our project is the TRAINING MANUAL for professional qualification consultants. The aim of this tool is to provide them with the necessary training and understanding of how to support low-skilled people in identifying and better using their informal skills. It includes:
• Definition of the Manual
• Definition of Informal Skills
• How to identify Informal Skills
• Training on how to support Low Skilled People
