Our menu is driven by creativity, local farms, seasonal ingredients, and a passion for doing things right. Think: Pasta made daily in house, scratch-made everything, smart cocktails, and a vibe and service that’s relaxed but dialed-in.
Our kitchen is part of a movement that’s redefining what “local” looks, feels and tastes like. We're proud to work directly with regional growers, makers, and producers who help us put real, honest food on the plate.

You'll be shoulder-to-shoulder with a chef-owner who brings experience from high-end restaurants, global cuisines, and down-to-earth neighborhood joints. This is your chance to learn from someone who’s done it all—from Michelin-minded plating to running the grill on a Friday night—and who believes in mentoring the next generation of kitchen pros.
You won't just be cooking—you'll gain first-hand exposure to what it takes to run a food business: ordering, prep lists, food cost, inventory, and all the magic (and madness) that happens behind the scenes.

You’ve got line cook experience, or serious ambition to learn fast.
You love the idea of cooking upscale food in a down-to-earth space.
You’re curious, coachable, and passionate about your craft.

You give a damn about ingredients, local farms, and the “why” behind the food just as much as you give a damn about the folks enjoying it.

You arrive on time when scheduled.
