Hi everyone that is still looking at this page. Thanks and I wanted to give you an update. I'm living in Shanghai, China and teaching yoga and Breathwork in both Workshops and Teacher Trainings.

I don't plan to go teach other countries as of yet since there is so much happening in China. Life and Love is here in this amazing country.

Thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes. I'm 50 years YOUNG! Feels so great and people ask what I did on my day. Here are the pics. I spent it like I love, traveling and enjoying nature. I hiked up to 4500 meters (14,764 feet). Life just gets better and better as I grow younger and younger. Yes Dad, I'll always be Peter Pan. @ Bluemoon Mountain, Shangri-La

I haven't checked in lately and people are asking how I am. I'm doing great and living in China where life is no lock down and just Flow. Yoga teaching is a constant work that feels amazing and gives me so much pleasure and positive energy. I hope all is you are healthy and happy. I wanted to share some nature and mountains of China. I miss Colorado mountains but here we have so many to enjoy. So much nature to enjoy! Thanks for those who sent me wishes and I send them back to you. @ Sichuan Province, China

BYMB is a yoga platform that helps bring yoga to the people. Big classes, small little classes.... I love those for the teaching quality.... They set up everything. I do retreats, Workshops, immersions, personal one on one's with people of interest. I feel so relaxed to know that I've got people around that help with the stuff I don't know much about. In the next post if pictures, I'm going to tell you something that could change your life, if you have the strength. @ Shanghai, China
