Our students will be going around in the community asking for donations and sponsorships. We are asking for items to be used in our Silent Auction, as well as door prizes, monetary donations, etc. We are so thankful for this community that supports the Calico Rock School District, and more importantly our students.

We had a great time in Hot Springs this week! Teuslauna and Emily competed at State STAR Events. They received a GOLD medal and are advancing to National STAR Events in Washington DC in July! They competed in Entrepreneurship and showcased their business, "Burger of the Month." For months, they have been preparing themed burgers to sell to the staff and faculty of CRHS. They have also researched Arkansas Department of Health safety standards for restaurants, as well as licensing and zoning laws, and prepared a marketing plan and budget for their business. Their hard work paid off BIG!!

Be on the lookout for our next fundraiser to send them to NATIONAL STAR EVENTS!!
