Especially in a pandemic, breastfeeding and human milk remain the most important immunological defense and nutritional foundation available to a newborn baby.
Breastfeeding is not "best." It is important, and we must focus on providing the best support for those who plan to and those who are breastfeeding.
It is one of the most important responsibilities we collectively have in the world today. : A Shared Responsibility is the theme for this year's World Breastfeeding Week.
