Are Undergraduate Students Being Encouraged or Exploited in Research Paper Publishing? 🤔

In recent years, there’s been a growing trend in colleges where undergraduate students are being pushed—or sometimes forced—to publish research papers.

While research can be an incredible learning experience that builds analytical and writing skills, the concern arises when it becomes a checkbox exercise—done not for learning, but to fulfill institutional requirements or boost faculty profiles.

Undergraduates should be involved in research—but with the right intention:
