Central Luzon State University proudly introduces its student scholars who excelled at the Young Banatao Learning Lab (YBLL) 3.0 Ideathon/Hackathon, an initiative initiated by the PhilDev Foundation and implemented in partnership with FactSet Philippines.
The program brought together young innovators from universities across the Philippines, providing them with opportunities to collaborate across institutions, exchange diverse perspectives, and develop innovative solutions to real-world challenges.
The CLSU scholars demonstrated creativity, collaboration, and innovation, earning recognition alongside fellow student innovators from across the country.

As a member of Team ArTech, Mel Joseph Velasco and his teammates developed Ani2U, an asset-light, data-driven B2B2C agricultural platform designed to connect farmers and agricultural cooperatives with communities through batch ordering and localized pickup points. The platform aims to make fresh produce more accessible while reducing the cost and burden of traditional delivery.

As members of Team BASAHEROES, the CLSU scholars contributed to the development of AiGets, an AI-supported personalized reading intervention platform designed to help learners improve reading comprehension through engaging learning experiences, assessment, and data-driven intervention. The platform also supports teachers by suggesting stories and learning activities while allowing teachers to retain the final decision on what students receive.

As a member of Team DANI, Angel Faith Angeles contributed to the development of a disaster response system designed to alert communities during disasters and help identify individuals who may need assistance.
From agriculture and education to sustainability and disaster response, the CLSU scholars demonstrated that innovation goes beyond technology. Their participation highlighted the importance of understanding real-world challenges, collaborating across disciplines and institutions, and transforming ideas into solutions that can create meaningful impact.
Central Luzon State University extends its heartfelt appreciation to the PhilDev Foundation, initiator of YBLL, and FactSet Philippines, its partner, for providing students with a meaningful platform to learn, collaborate, innovate, and grow alongside young innovators from different universities across the country.
The event was also supported by ๐ ๐ฎโ๐ฎ๐บ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ ๐. ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฒ๐น๐ฒ๐ Personnel-in-Charge of the Scholarship Unit, Office of Admissions, who provided guidance and support to the scholars throughout their participation in YBLL 3.0.
Their creativity, perseverance, collaboration, and commitment to innovation have brought pride to Central Luzon State University and demonstrated the potential of the next generation of Filipino innovators.
