On Freshmen Day 2026, we welcomed our newest Ga as they took their “Unang Tahak” into college life and the Bachelor of Science in Social Work. This day felt more than just orientation, because it was also the start of new friendships, new dreams, new challenges, and so many chances to grow, learn, and try again.

As you take your first steps into this new chapter, please don’t forget that excellence is not made overnight. It’s shaped through courage, perseverance, compassion, and the courage to keep moving forward.
