اطلاع دی جاتی ہیں کہ ماہ مئی کے پیپرز کے نتائج پر والدین و اساتذہ اجلاس PTM کل بروز بدھ کو رکھا جا رہا ہے۔ لہذا تمام والدین و سرپرست شریک ہوکر بچوں کی کارکردگی کی بہتری میں ہمارا ساتھ دیں۔

امید ہیں آپ تمام عید الاضحی کی تیاریوں میں مصروف ہوں گے اور اس بڑی عید پہ دعاؤں و مناجات میں ہمارے بچوں کی اچھے کارکردگی کے لیے دعا گو رہیں گے۔

اطلاع دی جاتی ہیں کہ عید الاضحی کی چھٹیاں کل بروز منگل سے جمعرات تک تین دن ہوں گے۔ جمعہ کے دن سے باقاعدگی سے تعلیمی سرگرمیاں شروع کریں گے۔ PTM والدین کے ساتھ میٹنگ عید کی چھٹیوں کے بعد جلد بلایا جائے گا۔

SUBJECT TEACHERS: THE FOUNDATION OF DAILY LEARNING!

When school success is discussed, the focus often falls on:
• School ownership and management
• The principal and leadership structure
• Policies and school systems

Yet, at the core of everyday learning is another key figure: the subject teacher.

No matter how well-structured a school may be, if teaching is inconsistent or ineffective at the classroom level, students experience the impact firsthand.

In many settings, subject teachers are viewed simply as instructors delivering a specific subject. In reality, their role extends far beyond that. They are responsible for transforming:
• Curriculum content into clear understanding
• Topics into meaningful learning experiences
• Classroom time into measurable student growth.

WHO IS A SUBJECT TEACHER?

A subject teacher is more than someone assigned to Mathematics, English, Biology, or Government. A subject teacher functions as:
• A facilitator of learning
• A manager of the classroom environment
• A consistent academic influence on students, for better or worse

WHAT IS EFFECTIVE SUBJECT TEACHING?

Here are six practical areas where subject teachers make the greatest impact:

•1. Teach for Understanding, Not Just Coverage:
The challenge in many classrooms is rushing to complete the scheme of work or notes without ensuring students grasp the concepts.
An effective teacher asks: Do students understand this? rather than only Have I taught this?

•2. Prepare Thoroughly Before Each Lesson:
Good teaching is rarely accidental. Preparation involves:
• Understanding the topic in depth
• Planning clear explanations and relevant examples
• Anticipating areas where students may struggle

Preparation directly influences clarity and confidence in delivery.

امید ہیں آپ تمام خیر و عافیت کے ساتھ ہوں گے۔ جیسا کہ آپ سب کو معلوم میں گزشتہ ہفتے میں شروع ہونے والا ماہانہ امتحانات آج اختتام کو پہنچ چکے ہیں۔ اس سلسلے میں اسکول انتظامیہ اور اساتذہ کرام نے یہ فیصلہ کیا ہے کہ والدین کے ساتھ اجلاس PTM , مورخہ 02 مئی بروز ہفتہ کو منعقد کئے جائیں گے۔ لہذا ہم امید کرتے ہیں کہ تمام والدین مع بچے اس دن بھرپور شریک ہوکر اپنے بہترین تجاویز و آرا بھی فراہم کرتے ہوئے جائیں گے۔
