I see a lot of people posting about how crappy 2019 was for them.

And I get it.

Not EVERY year has to be wonderful...

HOWEVER, if your 1/1/2020 post says something about how crappy 2019 was, and your 1/1/2019 post said something about how crappy 2018 was, and your 1/1/2018 post...well, you get the drift...

MAYBE we need to have a conversation about mindset.

It’s okay.

Sometimes, a little shift can go A LONG WAY!!

Here’s the thing...

I REALLY love driving.

In fact, I love driving a tour bus.

When you love what you do, and it shows, you get texts like this from teachers/coaches:

“Just wanted to say thanks again for being such a great, dedicated bus driver! Thanks for getting us to and from California safely and for your attentiveness to each of our team members! We were lucky to have you! Hope you have a great holiday season and many grand adventures!”

BUUUUUUT....

Just because I love doing it DOES NOT mean it’s my passion.

My passion is watching and coaching others to become the best versions of themselves that they can be.
