Our first-ever team retreat in Jakarta, Indonesia was a time to:

From exploring Vietnam's dynamic business and cultural landscape to engaging in meaningful fireside chats and exchanges, our first December trip to Ho Chi Minh City offered participants a unique blend of learning and connection 🌿

We’re back from our first Skilio IIP to Ho Chi Minh City 🇻🇳 ! Got to try one of the best burgers in town, went behind the scenes of film production, learnt some traditional Vietnamese games, got to meet Singaporeans working there, and much much more! On to our next one!🎇

Our third 4D3N Industry Immersion trip to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, kicked off on June 24th! 🤩

Highlights included exploring Vietnamese wedding culture with lively performances and food-tasting, visiting MyStorage with founder Aric Austin, and a fireside chat at Block 71 Saigon on the startup ecosystem. Participants also enjoyed traditional games at the University of Management and Technology and wrapped up with cultural activities and water puppetry at FPT University HCMC.

✨Kicking off on June 17th and running through the 20th, our Skilio participants dive into the second of our June and July 4D3N Industry Immersion trips to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam!✨

Over four days, they heard career insights from Ryan Isaiah Lim at Sentry P, learned about startup life from Vucar interns, and engaged in cultural activities at UEF. Participants experienced Vietnamese wedding traditions at Hong Bang International University and visited the Tech JDI office where its founder, Frank Lee, shared more about his journey.

From June 10th to 13th, 2024, our Skilio participants embarked on the first of our June and July 4D3N Industry Immersion trips to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam! 🚀 During this trip, students engaged in workshops and visited dynamic companies like Mamacita Saigon, where Chef Calvin shared his F&B journey, and ÔNG GIÁO VLOG, where Andy provided insights into Vietnam's education sector. They also experienced vibrant cultural exchanges, including traditional activities at HCMC University of Foreign Languages and IT and FPT University HCMC.
