Institute of Cooperative Management- Kannur (ICMK) - the youngest sibling in the family of ICMs functioning in India under the auspices of National Council for Cooperative Training-New Delhi (NCCT), has travelled quite a distance, since its inception eighteen years ago. Located at Parassinikkadavu, a famous pilgrim spot in Kannur District of Kerala, the Institute was established in the year 1992.

ICM Kannur boasts of eminent team of faculty from the academic and professional fields. The ICMK is headed by Shri. The faculty Comprised of PhD, a unique blend of the young and experienced, visiting faculty from many prestigious management institutes all over the country in addition to guest speakers from Corporate sector . institute offers MBA along with higher diploma in co-operative management and also short term training programmes. Most of the faculty members have vast experience in Training, Research and Consultancy. The faculty members have the distinctive advantage of having intellectual interactions with delegates around. ICMK is accredited as an 'A' Grade Institution by CPEC (Centre for Professional Excellence in Cooperatives) an organization of Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD)NABARD ,Lucknow. The Institute has maintained its 'A' Grade successively since 2010 onwards. MASK'16 a completely student driven initiative serves as a platform for students to show their management prowess. Students compete with one another in proving their mettle in various events through exceeding intellect. Masks in particular have the potential to generate new levels of identity.
