Outdoor bootcamp sessions starting this Wednesday, May 3rd, 5:45pm- 6:45pm. We will be meeting once a week at the former location of Wye School, & the session will be running until September or longer, weather permitting. Very happy to be holding outdoor bootcamp for as long as Mother Nature allows. Then we head indoors via Zoom. Keeping it safe, registration is required & bring your own equipment. If you don't have any, options provided. Please message me for details & to secure your spot. Space is limited
Outdoor activities are allowed but if Mother Nature has other ideas, class is not cancelled! It goes on via Zoom! Join me and others for a fabulous workout!

I am offering outdoor bootcamps (weather permitting) on a weekly basis, to help us feel fit, healthy & connected again beyond our 4 walls. We are 3 days into 2021 & I was not sad to see 2020 come to an end. I am even more excited to continue offering Bootcamp sessions via Zoom, which I have been holding over the last 9 months. We meet twice a week, Monday & Wednesday evening, via video & with little to no equipment required. This year I am offering a special incentive: you receive a 25% discount if you sign up & bring a friend. The more friends you bring & they sign up, the more discount is applied. I am thrilled to share the news with you.....I will be running outdoor boot camps for ALL FITNESS LEVELS this summer and would love to have you join me as we take our fitness and training outdoors!
The last few months have been life changing on many levels: we were told to stay home, avoid others, but find motivation to keep active. That was easier said than done. So why don't we get out of our homes, see faces that aren't through a computer screen & get fit, healthy & have fun while doing so?
To abide by AHS recommendations, you will need to bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, bug repellant, & equipment. I will let you know the day of the session what you need to bring. There is plenty of space to maintain more than 2m distance between us. And most importantly, bring a willingness to work hard and have some fun! I absolutely love this style of functional/balance-based outdoor training, and it is actually what inspired me to join the fitness industry and become a personal trainer in the first place!
WHEN: Monday/Wednesday 5:45- 6:30 PM starting June 1- June 29th. If Mother Nature does not comply, we will stay home & do a virtual bootcamp session.
