I’m happy to share our latest research chapter published by Springer:
“COVID-19 Vaccine Impact on Post-COVID Symptoms in Female Cyclists.”

This work explores how prior vaccination may affect post-COVID symptoms in female athletes, offering insights relevant to coaches, practitioners, and endurance sports professionals.

As a cycling coach, applying evidence-based research to athlete health and performance is a key part of my work — and I’m proud to contribute to this field.
