To all examinees scheduled on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, please be at the CvSU Silang Campus at least 𝟯𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 your scheduled exam time.

𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝘀 may not be allowed to take the exam since this is the last schedule and no rescheduling will be available.

Please 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 and 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴:
✔️ Printed Exam Permit
✔️ Two (2) No. 2 Pencils
✔️ School ID or Valid ID for verification

❌ Food and eating during the exam are not allowed.
❌ Calculators, cellphones, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited.

Kabsuhenyos, please be reminded that starting 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 will be 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆.This directive, issued by 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘿𝙧. 𝙈𝙖. 𝘼𝙜𝙣𝙚𝙨 𝙋. 𝙉𝙪𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙤, ensures order, professionalism, and inclusivity across the campus.

📍 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙨 𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙗𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙣 𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨 𝙙𝙖𝙮𝙨,
except wash days (𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 & 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗰𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

📍𝗟𝗚𝗕𝗧𝗤𝗜𝗔+ 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺, based on preference.

📍 Program-specific uniforms (e.g., BS Nursing, DVM) are required after passing qualifying exams.

📍 𝗣𝗘/𝗟𝗮𝗯 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 should 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗻 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀.

📍 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲, when allowed, 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 (no sleeveless shirts, ripped jeans, short shorts, or slippers).

📍𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗻𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲𝘀. Male students may keep long hair if tied, but 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗱
