It’s Friday, which usually means dashboards, deadlines, and “just one more thing.”

But before we rush into the weekend, I’ve been reflecting on something that doesn’t show up on a KPI.

Leadership that actually lasts is built on alignment, not just achievement.

The leaders who build strong, resilient teams don’t lead by control or title.
