Aling Elsa Special Bibingka Aling Elsa Special Bibingka came from a family-owned business that started in 1901. When Mr. and Mrs. Melo entered college, the business was passed down to them.

They decided to put the main stall of Aling Elsa Special Bibingka at Lipa City Bus Station in 1999.
