Coach Spence wrangling a great youth (9-15) Muay Thai class today! Todays focus was on knees and close in work. Youth Muay Thai runs year round on Mondays at 4pm and Adult Muay Thai (14+) runs year round Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8-9pm.

👕 We're taking the gi's away and turning our Friday Universal Application class into a no-gi class. Come and learn new techniques, practice your game with some sparring and have a fun Friday evening working up a sweat before the weekend starts!
