Held last August 21 at Optaciano Hilay National High School, the opening program brought together the vibrant energy of student-athletes, dedicated coaches, and passionate school leaders. Led by Cluster 7 PSDS Dr. Danilo Canda and the heads of the seven participating schools, the event marked the beginning of a celebration of sportsmanship, unity, and youthful excellence.
