He started his career as a teacher in school. He was freedom fighter. Inspired by many people like Shri. Pariksh*tbhai, Shri. Ravinshankar dada, Murarjibhai desai & all, he actively started a Boys hostel name "Shri thakkar bapa chatralay" jointly with the Bhagat bapu. In Dada's life as a teacher, he has received "Best Teacher Award" from Government og Gujarat. Dada has continuously spent his whole life educating children who comes from poor financial condition for more than 55 years. Dada didn't take even single money from the boys who comes to study. Dada has never asked for any publicity or any donation to run Hostel. In Dada's whole life he has broke the cast barriers and provided education to each and every person regardless of cast and money.Govenment has taken note from this hostel about his management for running hostel in very low cost and given many awards like "Mahatma Gandhi Award" in 2007 by C.M. of Gujarat. Dada saw dream to built a school three years ago to educate children. 2 years before school has started actively for providing best education and culture tradition. Dada passed away on 25th Sep 2013. Its my very very very small tribute to him. Forgive me for any mistakes.
