Lucy Bruegger teaches yoga at many of London's top yoga studios. She offers breath and alignment based Vinyasa flow, restorative, pregnancy and hot yoga classes. Having discovered the delights of Yoga in India, she then trained with Max Strom in America. She is a 500 hour Yoga Alliance teacher whose aim for her classes is to promote a healthy, fit body, a calm, peaceful mind and an open heart.

Dear hearts. For those of you wishing to dive deep and immerse yourself in the depths of yogic wisdom I have an incredible offering for you.

I am co-teaching an Immersive Retreat in Ibiza in September alongside my dear wise teacher, Master Yogini Rose Baudin who will lead daily lectures on Yogic Philosophy as well as Yogic fire Ceremonies in the evenings. I alongside my dear friend .yoga will be doing morning meditation & breath work followed by long juicy asana sessions. Afternoon sessions too.

All in the most beautiful Ibiza location on the beach overlooking Es Verde rock, one of the most magnetic and energetically potent places on Earth. I hope you can make it!
