Do you want to help the PTA out, but you aren't sure how? 🤷‍♀️

Invite your friends and family!💙

PTA doesn't have to be strictly parents from the school. Friends, family, and community members are able to sign up and support our school and help out as well! Everyone who signs up is another person to help us qualify for grants and awards.

If you cannot physically be there and help this is a WONDERFUL way to start! 💙🐬

Our monthly Treat Trolley is one of our favorite ways to show our amazing Sunrise teachers and staff a little extra appreciation, and **we need your help keeping it stocked!** 🐬🍪

We are looking for donations of snacks, drinks, candy, goodies, and of course, **fresh-baked treats are always a BIG hit!** 🧁🍪

We wanted to share a few photos from the first day of school! 📸💙🐬

While the PTA was finishing up a few things in the front office before heading out, we had the opportunity to see Dr. Balgobin and her guests during their visit to Sunrise Elementary.

We were so grateful that they took the time to stop and speak with us, not only as PTA members, but as parents too. Even more special was seeing them take the time to talk with some of our students and hear from them as well. 💙

It was such a wonderful opportunity to meet them, have a conversation, and share in a moment that celebrated just how far Sunrise has come.

Going from a **C to an A** is an incredible accomplishment, and we are so proud of our students, teachers, staff, families, and everyone who has played a part in Sunrise's success.

What a great way to start a new school year and a new mission! 🚀
