Janet McDonald Art

Watch for new paintings and upcoming shows of Vancouver Island Artist Janet McDonald. As an artist, color and light are the passion behind Janet’s work.

Janet McDonald is now truly an Island Girl calling Vancouver Island home and Maui her home away from home!. She enjoys exploring these elements in a variety of subject matter including figurative work and nature. Janet says: “There are so many beautiful visuals in life that come and go, and the driving force behind my work is to help us linger in those moments and really feel them.”. Painting in both acrylics and oil, Janet’s work tends to be bright and lights up a room. She enjoys expanding her skills through continuing studies: “I really enjoy challenging myself and broadening the boundaries of my art”, says McDonald. Her work is currently available in several galleries on the Islands.

SELLING OUR 2011 TOYOTA VENZA

- Hi friends, we're selling our lovely Venza because we don't need it anymore. Super reliable car with low mileage and in great shape/super clean.
Here are some specs. Please DM me for questions/inquiries:

2011 AWD Toyota Venza Wagon
Colour: Silver
Odometer: 114,127 km
Light grey leather seats, heated seats, backup camera, push start, Bluetooth, keyless entry, keyless back hatch entry,
Winter and Summer tires - in good condition
- Purchased in Nanaimo at a Dealership
originally owned by a man in Richmond

We had it safety checked a few weeks ago and it got top marks - just needed a new engine filter and windshield wipers (all replaced), and we gave it an oil change. Everything works well, except the air conditioner stopped working a few years ago. We would take $2,000 of the normal asking price for this.

Comps on the island and lower mainland range between $11,800 for 2011 with much higher km (200K) and $15,990 - slightly higher km and it's a 2010. We would start at $14,000 and take off $2,000 for the aircon ... so ASKING $12,000 (with some wiggle room).

Also, the interior has been recently professionally detailed.
