Mr. ๐๐ฏ๐๐ง ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ค ๐. ๐๐ฒ๐๐จ๐๐จ, RN, MAN, CLSSYB, SO1 is a Nursing Faculty at Cavite State University Don Severino de las Alas Campus, College of Nursing in Indang, Cavite. He has been a Nursing Educator since 2019 and a Clinical Nurse since 2013. Ivan obtained Associate in Health Science Education (AHSE) at Far Eastern University, Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Our Lady of Fatima University in 2012, and Master of Arts in Nursing major in Nursing Administration at Philippine Womenโs University in 2016. Ivan is an Infection Control Nurse and was awarded as the Top five (5) Disease Surveillance Coordinator and Disease Reporting Unit in CALABARZON for the 2016-2017 Philippine Integrated Disease Surveillance and Reporting (PIDSR) and a member of the Philippine Hospital Infection Control Nurses Association, Inc. (PHICNA). He is the certified and trained Clinical Instructor of Cavite State University at the Philippine Orthopedic Center for the Intensive Nursing Practicum, Orthopedic nursing rotation. He has pursued a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing Administration at Our Lady of Fatima University Graduate School.
With the wide array of clinical experience and fast transition at a young age in the academe and clinical, he has been recognized and recipient of the Academic Achievement Award for 2022-2023 given by Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing- Phi Gamma Chapter and Most Outstanding Alumnus Award for 2019 given by his alma mater, Our Lady of Fatima University. Also, he is a multiple member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society known for superior achievement and leadership to the nursing profession in the world. Earlier in 2022, Ivan received recognition from Filipino Nursing Diaspora (FiND) Network for his valuable contribution leading to the successful FiND and CvSU webinar series from 2020 to 2021. Later that year, he was conferred as a member of the Blood Galloners Club of the Philippine National Red Cross. In addition, he is one of the Board of Directors of Global Society for Philippine Nurse Researchers, Inc. โ Cavite Cell formerly Philippine Nursing Research Society, Inc. (PNRSI). Last year, he was a finalist for Dangal ng CvSU Award for 2023. At present, he is the college International and Local Collaboration and Linkages coordinator, member of the university Technical Working Group (TWG), and the PRO-elect of CvSU Faculty Association, Inc. of the main campus.
Ivan appeared in several social media platforms of Sigma International and Our Lady of Fatima University.
