Leadership in Action: Spirit of Ray Bell Award Honors Outstanding Toastmaster
The Ray Bell Award award, established by Bethlehem Toastmasters in 2016, is given to a person who has demonstrated the “Spirit of a Toastmaster”:
1. Promotes the value of building leadership and communication skills to attain personal and professional goals.
2. Dedicates themselves to the Toastmasters Club Mission of providing a supportive and positive learning environment in which every member can grow.
3. Honors and abides by the Toastmasters Promise to the best of their ability.
4. Shares this spirit with fellow Toastmasters and the community to help foster a commitment to the four Toastmasters Core Values: Integrity, Respect, Service, and Excellence.
5. Applies their unique strengths and attributes that contribute to fun and encouraging meetings.
Founded in 1996, Bethlehem Toastmasters is one of the Capital District’s most vibrant public speaking clubs.
Bethlehem Toastmasters provides a supportive and positive environment where members develop their communication and leadership skills.
