The PTA's main objectives are to:
* engage in activities that advance the education of the pupils
* organise events to raise much-needed additional funds

Situated on the Green in the heart of the village, Leigh Primary School is a friendly and fun learning environment very much at the heart of the community. All parents, carers and teachers are automatically members of the PTA. The PTA Committee and willing volunteers organise a huge variety of events to raise much needed funds for the school, and provide support at events such as open days. During

the last 2 years, the PTA raised nearly £40,000 for the school. The money contributed towards the building of the new classroom, school trips, books, iPADs, maths resources and other necessary equipment. Our monthly meetings are friendly, fun and open to anyone that wants to help out.
