In District Court last week, Judge Peterson clearly told the Nevada Sheriffs and Chiefs Association that they DID NOT have the authority to revoke my license, making my arrest unlawful. As I said, my license was never revoked because the association has no authority as a civilian organization. The courts agreed with the legitimacy of my lawsuit and asked me to revise and refile my civil complaint.

Yesterday, Sheriff Richard Mack or the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association stood with me at a major event where we discussed Nevada’s attempts to suppress concealed carry permits in Nevada.
