To the amazing team behind "Sandugo", maraming salamat for helping create a film that isnโt just a story but a powerful journey into the depths of resilience, human struggle, and silent battles with HIV. In the story of Reychel, who bravely faces the disease passed on by her boyfriend (portrayed so convincingly by Rouie Monicayo), weโre reminded of the hidden struggles many endure. Reychel Gubatonโs portrayal, alongside Hannah Baldecasaโs depth, will touch every heart with raw emotions.
To writers Dennis Rodil and Kervin Saavedra, your words brought to life the unseen realities, making each line linger and memorable. Your efforts and creativity will always be appreciated and admired. Director Rishabelle A. Racho, erm thanks I guess. Editor Mark Nyl Castillo and Khandle Ratonel your precision in crafting each scene brought a seamless, moving experienceโevery moment felt real, raw. You guys did an amazing job. Big thanks to the props team, especially Vince Castro, Althea Basco, and Kim Quinones, who brought every scene to life with careful details.
