UC San Diego Summer Session

Neharika Makam (4th year, Cognitive Science Major with a specialization in Design and Interaction), at Eleanor Roosevelt College, participated in Summer Session as a 2nd-year transfer (junior). She took math classes, Linear Algebra and Vector Calculus to complete her Major Requirements.

She says, "It was really helpful to take these summer classes because it relieved some stress and allowed me to focus on classes that better aligned with my career interests. It also allowed me to graduate early which is kind of exciting and saves money in the long run!"

Summer Session 1 is right around the corner with classes starting Monday, June 27th and Summer Session 2 classes beginning on Monday, August 1st. There is still time to enroll in the classes that you need!⁣

Students can enroll all the way up until the first Friday of each session, however late fees are applicable after June 22nd for Session 1 and July 26th for Session 2.⁣
