My sister the podiatrist got me into Hypafix about 30 years ago. It's the ultimate dressing for reducing friction.
If you suffer from the dreaded blister on the ball of your foot, use this to stop the rubbing when you spin.
It has many other uses and a roll lasts a long time!

On the subject of mental health, here is a tool I learned when I was a teenager: DREAM
Diet - healthy eating habits
Rest - >6 hrs for adults, >8 hrs for teens
Exercise - 30 mins vigorous exercise daily
Attitude - emphasise the positives, build a "can do" approach
Meditation - some quiet time without screens every day to chill and let your mind relax.
If you feel a lack of life balance, this tool is simple and ticks all the boxes. Write it in paper and stick it in the fridge as a daily reminder to keep mental and physical balance.

June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month.
Exercise is an important part of a holistic approach to mental health management. Exercise produces endorphins and helps you increase your vitamin D production when outdoors, this reduces seasonal affective disorder. The social contact and positive vibes of a Rhee TKD class is good for your mood.
If you haven't trained for a while, attend a class and enjoy the workout.
If you're struggling, your Branch Sabum will help you find the resources you may need.
The Australian men's mental health forum is a resource for men and boys who need help to access services or information regarding mental health.

Board breaking demonstration by Rhee Taekwondo Canberra members at the recent Telugu Association of Canberra event. Taruni, Ashna, Suprita, Bu Sabum Matt, Branch Sabums Ingrid and Satya and I demonstrated destruction techniques. The reaction from the crowd was superb and led to a number of new student registrations.

A few weeks ago we sponsored the Telugu Association of Canberra annual event. It was a spectacular afternoon of singing, dancing and our very own Rhee Taekwondo Canberra display!
Branch Sabum Satya did a lot of work to set up the day, the rest of us manned the stall, ran the demo and ate delicious Indian food.
Sabum Satya is Rhee TaeKwon-Do ACT's cultural attaché to the Indian community. His efforts to spread the word about the benefits of Rhee TaeKwon-Do know no bounds.
